Salary: $45,000
Location: Boynton Beach FL (onsite)

Job responsibilities:

Provide exceptional deskside Support and Helpdesk
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, phones, tablets, network, software, and hardware.
Walk user through problem-solving process.
Prioritize and schedule problems. Escalate problems (when required) to the appropriately experienced user or consultant.
Maximizes use of hardware and software by training users, interpreting instructions, and answering questions.
Maintains system capability by testing computer components.
Prepares reference for users by writing operating instructions.
Maintains historical records by documenting hardware and software changes and revisions.
Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential

Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred
