Account Manager

Cutting Edge Recruiting Solutions is currently seeking a proactive, highly organized, and resourceful individual that has a positive can do attitude. The ideal candidate can prioritize, plan, and manage client expectations with internal and external business partners in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Organize and manage client expectations
Communicate with internal team members and external partners on behalf of the executives
Organize meetings, including organizing agendas, preparing materials, ensuring attendees availability.
Coordinate internal and external meetings for executives and their teams
Regularly monitor and adjust schedules, giving reminders as needed, and working with other team members to ensure smooth scheduling
Act as a liaison with external partners and business guests



Required Skills and Experience:

2 plus years in a Customer Account Management Support role in a fast paced company
Strong verbal, interpersonal communication, and writing skills
Experience interacting with multiple time zones and a diverse team
Ability to effectively problem solve and display accurate project management skills
Resilient and able to adapt to changing needs, priorities, and responsibilities
Experience with Microsoft Applications ( WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK etc. )
Strong customer service skills necessary
Bachelor degree is preferred
