We will need a senior level engineer to perform the software functions involved in implementing a Cisco Call Manager based VoIP system for the WY ANG. The qualifications we are looking for are:

CCIE/Voice certification. A lower level of certification may be acceptable if sufficient past performance can be demonstrated.
This engineer should be proficient in programming and configuring the following:
Cisco Communication Manager
Cisco Unified Messaging
Cisco MeetingPlace
Cisco Emergency Responder
This engineer will be responsible for:
Developing a dial plan suitable for the WY ANG based on performing station reviews of the current TDM environment.
Configuring the systems listed above to meet the requirements listed in the WY ANG RFP
Performing all required system testing, integration testing, and acceptance testing for the systems listed above.
Work with the WY ANG LAN/WAN vendor to resolve any implementation and/or performance problems.

The length of engagement is estimated to be approximate 30 days in the late spring of 2010, following by a system upgrade engagement of approximately 1 week in the fall of 2010.
