OKIN OUTSOURCING specializes in business process outsourcing and offshoring to the Czech Republic. With the professionals from major outsourcing company in the Czech Republic and a successful cooperation with a global telecommunications provider, OKIN OUTSOURCING is ready to become an adequate partner for the corporations in Europe and Northern America considering offshore outsourcing in Central Europe.



OKIN OUTSOURCING was established in 2004 and started with 20 employees. At the moment there are more than 400 empoyees in two centers - Ostrava and Prague.



OKIN OUTSOURCING provides wide range of services: administrative support, job controlling, financial and technical support.



OKIN OUTSOURCING offers the complete realization of the outsourcing project from the beginning to the successful finish. The services are tailor-made for customers with focus on the identification of activities and processes which can be matter of outsourcing projects.
Mainly the following tasks are concerned:

process analysis of the customer's infrastructure
creation of the feasibility study and the realization plan
project realization
